Apples and Honey for a sweet new year!
2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup pecans, crushed
2 apples (cut into small pieces)
1 and 3/4 cup almond milk (can use any milk)
1 and 1/2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tsp chia seeds
1-2 tsp flax seed
Set the oven to 350 degrees.
Use a square baking dish and lightly grease the pan.
Mix all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and then add in the wet ingredients and mix together.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until the center is firm and the top is slightly crispy.
Let it cool and then you can cut into squares if you'd like and place in the fridge for up to 5 days.
