Artichoke and Hearts of Palm Side Salad


Ingredients:

1 15oz can artichokes

1 15oz can hearts of palm

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Pinch of salt and pepper

2 tsp thyme

2 tbsp lemon juice


Directions:

Drain 1 15oz can of artichokes and cut into smaller pieces and place in a bowl


Drain 1 15oz can of hearts of palm and cut into smaller pieces


Add the hearts of palm to the bowl


Pour 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tsp thyme, 2 tbsp lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper into the bowl


Mix everything together and enjoy with any dish you want!
