Bed Exercises for Dizzy Mornings

If you have Dysautonomia, you know what it's like to wake up in the morning and feel an extreme dizziness and lightheadedness. There are many other chronic illnesses or symptoms of illnesses that will cause dizziness as well, but this is just my experience with dizziness and lightheadedness being two of the biggest POTS symptoms for me, especially in the morning.

The first thing I usually do is take my medications and try to drink 8oz of water before even making it out of bed. If the dizziness is really bad, I will try some of these exercises to help get my blood flowing before getting up.
