Cauliflower Fried Rice

Ingredients:
1 bag frozen cauliflower rice
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 pound shrimp
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup mushrooms
1 bell pepper, chopped
Salt & pepper
1/2 tbsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp onion salt
1/2 tbsp coconut aminos
1/2 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning
2 eggs
Directions:
Chop up the onion and pepper and place on a medium skillet
Add the mushrooms and frozen peas to the skillet and cook on medium heat
Add the frozen cauliflower rice to the skillet
Add 2 eggs to the skillet and toss together with the veggies and cauliflower until cooked
Place the uncooked shrimp in a separate skillet and cook until shrimps are pink
Add the shrimp to the veggie skillet and mix together
Add the turmeric, onion salt, coconut aminos, everything but the bagel seasoning, salt and pepper and mix together
Serve and enjoy!
***For a vegan/vegetarian version, make without the eggs and shrimp
