Cauliflower Steak with Avocado Tahini Dressing


Ingredients:

1 large cauliflower head

1 tbsp avocado oil

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp onion salt

1/4 tsp salt and pepper

1/4 tsp thyme

2 tbsp lemon, juiced

4 tbsp tahini

1/2 avocado

1 tsp chopped pistachios


Directions:

Set the oven to 350 degrees


Cut the cauliflower head in half directly down the middle starting from the top down


Coat the cauliflower steaks with avocado oil


Place the cauliflower on a sheet pan with parchment paper


Sprinkle the cumin, onion salt, salt, pepper, and thyme on both sides of the cauliflower steaks and chunks


Place cauliflower in the oven for 60 minutes


Mix the tahini, lemon juice, avocado, salt, and pepper into a blender, mix together and set aside


Once the cauliflower is done, drizzle the avocado tahini and crushed pistachios on top


Eat and enjoy!
