Gluten Free Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:
1 and 2/3 cup almond flour (can use any flour)
1/4 coconut flour
1 cup almond milk (can sub any milk)
1/4 cup cashew butter
1/2 cup chopped or shredded zucchini
1/5 mashed bananas
1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax and 2 tbsp water)
Directions:
Combine everything into a bowl and mix together
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Pour mixture into a bread baking dish with parchment paper and spread evenly
Bake for 45 minutes and let cool before slicing
