Halloween Chocolate Pumpkin Blondies



Ingredients:

2 Pasture Raised Eggs

2/3 cup nut butter

1/3 cup maple syrup

Dark Chocolate

Candy Corn

1.5 cup Almond Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 can Pumpkin

Candy Corn

8x8 Baking Dish

Parchment Paper


Directions:

Mix pasture raised eggs, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin, crushed dark chocolate, and candy corn into a bowl


Add almond flour and baking powder and stir to combine


Pour into an 8x8 baking dish over parchment paper


Add crushed chocolate and extra candy corn on top


Cook in oven on 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until cooked through


Let it cool and cut into squares
