Matzah Crusted Snapper


Ingredients:

1 lbs snapper

Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Gluten free matzah (for those who are gf)

Lemon pepper seasoning (Trader Joes)

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/2 lemon sliced


Directions:

Set the oven to 425 degrees


Place matzah into a large bag with 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning


Crush the matzah into little tiny pieces, making it "bread crumb" like


Drizzle a little EVOO onto the snapper


Coat the snapper with 1 tbsp of minced garlic


Sprinkle the matzah and lemon pepper seasoning mix onto the snapper and spread evenly


Place as many lemon slices as you'd like on top of the snapper


Place in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes


Serve and enjoy!


***If you don't like snapper, you can use any kind of fish you like
