Beyond Meat Plant Based Burgers
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cut squash in half and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper
Place Acorn squash in oven on 400 degrees for 45 minutes
Cook lentils for about 30 minutes brining to a boil on stove top and then reduce to medium/low heat
Cook the plant based burgers on the stove for 10 minutes and mix in tomatoes and onions
Add the cooked lentils to the chopped burgers, tomatoes, and onions
Place mixture into each half of the squash and enjoy!
