I will take a full health history to get to know you and your health goals, fitness goals, nutrition concerns, and a background of your lifestyle. As we move forward together, we will continue to discuss how our sessions can evolve to better fit your needs.
During our first follow up session we will come up with a health plan that works for you. Through collaboration, we will discuss how to implement your plan through a step-by-step process. Each plan is personalized depending on your needs.
Exercise: Moving your body is important for many reasons. While there are many different types of exercise, it is not a one size fits all. I will help you come up with an exercise plan that works best for you and your needs.
Mindfulness: Chronic stress affects our mind and body in different ways. There are many types of mindful activities to help you release some of that stress. Together, we will find the best practices for you.
Nutrition: Food is medicine. What we put into our bodies affects us. Consuming whole foods decreases our chances of becoming sick and that is incredibly powerful.
