Black Bean Pasta

Ingredients:
1 bag black bean pasta
0.5lbs shrimp
1 cup frozen peas
0.5 cup zucchini
1tsp EVOO
Salt + Pepper
1 avocado
1tsp garlic salt
Directions:
Cook black bean pasta on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes and drain
Cook 1 cup frozen peas and 0.5 cup zucchini rounds on the stove on medium heat until soft
Cook 0.5 lbs shrimp on stove top about 2-3 minutes and flip
In a blender add 1 avocado , salt, pepper, evoo, and a little water and blend together until it makes a creamy sauce
Add the shrimp and veggies to the pasta, mix with the sauce, and enjoy!
